Welcome to the Sunshine Room

The Sunshine Room at Willow Nursery is our enhanced provision for children with specific developmental needs. Places are allocated through the Brent Specialist Under‑5s Panel, and the room is led by a qualified teacher supported by a team of highly trained practitioners.

We are passionate about giving every child the very best start to their education. Our approach prioritises children’s wellbeing, happiness, and sense of belonging, with staff who build warm, trusting relationships and get to know each child as an individual.

Working closely with families and external professionals, we carefully adapt the EYFS curriculum to ensure it is meaningful, accessible, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Through purposeful play, sensory learning, and high‑quality interactions, we help children develop confidence, communication, and independence.
